Welcome to Catching Light Counselling. My name is Imogen Whale, and I’m I am currently a Registered Professional Counsellor Candidate (RPC-C) through the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association, and a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor Candidate (RTC-C) through the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada. I am supervised by Dr. Elisabeth Scheepers. My space is safe for the neurodiverse and LGBTQIA2S+ communities, of which I am part of.
My approach is client focused and strength based and having a collaborate and holistic approach is very important to me. My approach is gentle and supportive. I’m here to create a safe space for you to explore and heal. While I’m often present and future focused- our past experiences and interpretations, families, and society – shape us, and I’m comfortable with whatever and whenever you want to discuss.
